Your kids have wonderful things in store for them the moment they walk through the doors of Evangel Temple. Here’s what they’ll get to experience…
On Sunday mornings at 9:00am, we have Children’s Sunday School. You’re children will get to be with other great kids that are in their age group (3 yr olds, 4 yr olds, 5/Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th and 5th grade). Every Sunday School teacher is unique, and they all use different ways to teach about Jesus. Some like to sing songs, some like to play outside, some will get all messy with crafts, and some will even give away treats! Their main goal is to make your child feel loved, and to make sure that he or she is growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
On Sunday mornings at 10:30am, we have Kids Church for kids in Kindergarten – 5th grade. If it’s your child’s first time in Kids Church, they’ll be invited up to the stage to receive a treat just for coming, and to let everyone say “hello”. They’ll get to worship Jesus with fun and passionate praise songs, watch a video clip that introduces the lesson, hear an awesome sermon that teachers about Jesus, and meet lots of new friends! We encourage you to attend at least one of your child’s service every 3 months to “stay in the loop” of what they’re learning, as well as to support the ministry.
